If you want to sign book 4, you must bring your printed proof of performing electrical work showing 13 months or more and your official dues receipt (not on your phone). You will need to review your documents with an agent between 2:00 pm & 4:00 pm Monday - Friday only. Book 4 includes but is not limited to Electrical Helpers, Construction Electricans, all non-journeyman classifications.  Construction Wireman do not sign our Book 4; CWs are referred by our JATC.

Acceptable Proof:

Letter from Business Manager(s) on letterhead documenting the number of months worked in the field along with your work history from LaborPower Referral or Express. You may also need to bring notarized letters from your past electrical contractors proving you did electrical work for them.
