YOU MUST REPORT TO THE JOB SITE WITH TWO FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION!!

If you want to sign book 4, go to the "Join the Union" tab, click "Talk to an Organizer" and schedule an appointment.  You will need to provide proof of performing electrical work for 13 months or more.

Acceptable Proof:

Letter from Business Manager(s) on letterhead documenting the number of months worked in the field along with your work history from LaborPower Referral or Express.

Notarized letters from employers on company letterhead; must include months worked in the industry.
