PHONE RECEIPTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
DO NOT GET IN LINE TO SIGN THE BOOKS IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT.
Your Union Hall will have to fax it to 574-233-5234.
Once received, you may sign the books.

Book 4 and Non-Union:
You are required to provide printed proof of performing electrical work showing more than 2,200 hours.
You are REQUIRED to review your experience with an agent!
Reviews are done Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
by appointment only.
Call 574-287-8655 to schedule an appointment.
You cannot sign the books until your experience is reviewed by an agent.
Acceptable Proof of Electrical Experience:
Sealed Letter from Business Manager(s) on letterhead documenting the number of hours worked in the Inside Electrical field along with your work history from LaborPower Referral or Express.
You may also need to bring notarized letters from your past electrical contractors proving you specifically did electrical work for them.
